LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Khloe Kardashian has opened up about her struggle as she welcomed her son Tatum through surrogacy. In her latest episode of ‘The Kardashians,’ the mother told Kris Jenner, "The first couple months are wild," she manages to laugh. "He sleeps until four am every night right now and that's just a godsend because the beginning is really crazy. You just forget how mind-boggling the beginning is, because no one would do it again and again if they remembered how torturous the beginning is."

As the momager talks about the added challenge of bonding with a surrogate baby, she advises her middle daughter to go easier on herself. Kardashian in a confessional says, "I wish I wasn't so critical of myself because I'm very kind to everyone else, I'm just not very kind to myself. But being a mom is truly one of, just the most magical experiences ever." Talking about Tatum, Khloe said, "Compare it to True and him, it’s a different experience. The connection ... took days with True. With him, it's taking months and we still don’t have a complete bond. Why isn’t it the same? I don’t treat him differently, just question myself sometimes."

'It's really the weirdest thing'

Jenner then jumps to her daughter’s defense, calls her “mother of the year” and admires her as the “most attentive person to all of us.” Kardashian had earlier admitted that it was ‘hard for me’ to opt for a surrogate for welcoming son Tatum with Tristan Thompson. "It's a mindf***. It's really the weirdest thing," Khloé told her sister Kim Kardashian and Scott Disick.

The 42-year-old said, "I do think there is a difference when your baby is in your belly, the baby actually feels your real heart. I Think about it. There's no one else on this planet that will feel you from the inside like that, your heart."

'This is not easy'

Kim pointed out that surrogacy works differently for different mothers, for some it is easier to bond with their babies. To which Khloe admitted that she was having a hard time, "Kim said hers was easy, and this is not easy." In one of the episodes, Scott Disick asked Khloe out on a date. The star is an ex-partner of Kourtney and fans were a bit shocked by the new scenario developing between the two. One fan even commented that the two are better off as ‘brother and sister,’ according to People.
