Resurfaced pic of Khloe Kardashian holding 4 Black women ON LEASHES divides the internet

While many were offended by the photo, there were some who pointed out that the picture was taken almost 20 years ago

Khloe Kardashian has been attacked online after an old photo of her taken at Avalon Nightclub in Hollywood, California, has gone viral. The photo is reportedly from October 2003 Halloween in which the 38-year-old was seen posing with four Black women while dressed as a pimp. The photograph also showed her clutching four leashes that were attached to the women’s necks.

The years-old snap was reportedly posted in the Reddit subreddit KUWTKsnark, which shares “Kardashian Family Scoop for Stans, Fans, Charlatans and Hippo Krisy’s! Keep it fairly civil, humorous, serious, controversial, fun, friendly banter, or whatever you find interesting!” The original post was shared with a caption that read, “Let’s never forget *this* happened.”

While the four women — Meagan Good and her sister La’Myia Good; and Khloe's twin BFFs Malika and Khadijah Haqq — were seen in white corsets with ruffled white shirts and white underwear, the mother-of-one went for a matching set of blue pants and a blazer along with a white tank top. She also had a white hat and a set of gold chains to complete her look.

But social media users were not happy with Khloe’s old antic as a person commented: “This is f***** up. Who even thinks like this? Smh…” The second person wrote, “God the cringe Jesus it's all black girls holy shit.” “Whose brilliant idea was this,” the third one asked. “Seriously every time I see this pic I’m like, who thought this was a good idea?!!! Just whyyyy,” the fourth one amused.

A user asked, “Does anyone legit know why she did this? I can’t handle it.” Another user pointed out: “The reality that 5 women collectively thought this was a good idea, not one of them said maybe we should rethink this …” A comment on the post read, “This is the part i dont get. asking to walk ur friend like a dog is one thing, but then 4 ppl being ok with being walked like a dog??? how??” “Can someone fill me in on this mess? Khloe, dressed...as a pimp?” another comment stated.

A Reddit user claimed, “I'll never not be amazed that everyone involved thought this was ok.” An angered one said, "That’s leashES…can’t overlook the absolutely disgusting over the top level of excess these succubi are known for.” “I didn't even see that at first. I just thought it was a bad photo of her because she looks so different. She had black women on leashes?” another shocked person remarked while a user shared, “Omg i recently rewatched the episode where they went to the opening of the foundation in robert kardashian’s name and khloe tells the crowd how obedient they are and addresses them like they’re dogs. it’s sooo uncomfortable to watch. can’t look at this photo after that episode.”

However, people on Twitter have a different opinion regarding the photo. A user tweeted: “Well if the females that's leashed don't mind, who are we to say something? They don't seemed bothered.” Another one said, “20 years ago people were able to joke around without the offendeds. It was nice and people didn’t take everything so personal, I miss those days. Now we have to make sure we’re very politically correct or the minions come out.” “There should be a statue of limitations to be offended by something,” a tweet read.

While Khloe and her reps have not commented on the controversy yet, Megan reportedly addressed it in an Instagram comment, which was re-shared on Twitter by a user. She wrote: “That one time on Halloween when you were young and dumb…and clearly didn’t think 15 years ahead lol smh. Welp, mistakes were made.”
