LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Kesha turned heads at the after-party for Joaquin Phoenix's latest film, 'Beau Is Afraid,' on Monday with her stylish appearance. The 36-year-old singer donned a trendy black leather jacket paired with faux crocodile skin trousers and sleek black heels. Earlier that night, she attended the movie's premiere in Los Angeles before arriving at the upscale venue with a male companion.

Completing her chic look, Kesha accessorized with a pair of sunglasses and a black Gucci handbag to carry her essentials. She kept her makeup minimal, wearing a black top underneath her jacket and sporting black sunnies with shiny geometric frames. Her long shaggy blond hair was styled in face-framing waves and parted down the middle. For her footwear, Kesha opted for a simple yet sophisticated pair of black suede strappy sandals featuring thick secure straps with square toes. Though partially concealed by her pants' wide hems, the stiletto heels added height and elegance, measuring likely around 3 to 4 inches.

Star-studded LA premiere of 'Beau Is Afraid'

Phoenix and Parker Posey kicked off their week in style at the Los Angeles premiere of their latest film 'Beau Is Afraid.' The event, held at the Directors Guild of America in Los Angeles was also attended by Zoe Lister-Jones, Jaime Ray Newman, Kesha, and Euphoria star Chloe Cherry. Phoenix, 48, donned a classic black jacket over a crisp white dress shirt, paired with black pants and low-top Converse sneakers. He accessorized with black sunglasses and the early stages of a growing beard.

Posey, 54, opted for a bold and colorful look, wearing a pink, ankle-length ruffled dress with spaghetti straps, accessorized with a pink floral necklace, gold earrings, and rings. She completed her ensemble with striking red pumps. Lister-Jones also chose a pink dress but went for a strapless mini-dress paired with red platform heels. Jaime Ray Newman also graced the red carpet. Chloe Cherry flaunted her toned midriff in a black bustier top with lace trim, paired with tight black pants and blonde flowing locks. The premiere was a star-studded affair, with the cast and guests all dressed to impress.

'Beau is Afraid'

Ari Aster, the writer and director behind the acclaimed films Hereditary and Midsommar, is set to release his third feature film 'Beau Is Afraid.' The movie centers around the character of Beau Wassermann, played by Phoenix, who is a mild-mannered and anxiety-ridden man. Beau's life takes a dramatic turn when his mother, portrayed by Patti LuPone, dies suddenly, leaving him to confront his deepest fears as he embarks on a nightmarish and Kafkaesque journey back home. Aster has been developing 'Beau Is Afraid' for several years, drawing inspiration from his 2011 short film, Beau, which influenced a sequence in the feature film. Aster has described the project as a "nightmare comedy" and likened it to a "Jewish Lord of the Rings, but he's just going to his mom's house." The film boasts a $35 million budget, making it A24's most expensive project to date. 'Beau Is Afraid' will hit US theaters on April 21 followed by a UK release on May 19.
