Back in 2020 when news of Kendall and Devin's dating broke, social media users had accused her of 'passing around' NBA players

Kendall Jenner and Devin Booker have split after dating for two years. There were some recent rumors regarding their breakup when Devin's brother Davon Wade unfollowed Kendall on Instagram and when Devin didn't post anything on their second anniversary on Sunday, June 12. Some people have claimed that he also archived/deleted a picture with Kendall in which the couple can be seen cuddling on New Year's Eve. Moreover, he's even removed his likes from Kendall's tweets. Now, it seems like the rumors have become a reality. 

A source close to E! News reported on the time-out on the duo's romance. The source said, "Kendall and Devin hit a rough patch recently and have been split for about a week and a half." The source claims that the couple had a gala time in Italy at Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker's wedding, but it got a little rough once they came back. Reportedly, Kendall told Devin that she needs space, but both of them are still in touch. The source said, "Once they got back, they started to feel like they weren't aligned and realized they have very different lifestyles. They both hope to make it work, but as of now, they are split."

The 26-year-old American model and the 25-year-old NBA star first made their relationship public back in June 2020 when Kendall shared a picture of the two of them laughing on a kitchen counter. She then shared a bunch of pictures with her now ex on Instagram celebrating their 1st anniversary. The started to their relationship was a rather messy one with and Devin and Kendall going on a double date — with other people — in May 2018. She was seeing Ben Simmons at the time and Devin was linked to her sister Kylie Jenner’s then-best friend Jordyn Woods. Devin's bond with Woods was snuffed out amid rumors of her being caught kissing Khloe Kardashian’s on-again, off-again boyfriend, Tristan Thompson, at a party. Kendall's run with Simmons ended sometime around early 2020. 

Previously, another source told the website that while the pair's relationship looked strong, they weren't looking to get engaged. The breakup, however, quickly became the talking point on social media. In fact, back in 2020 when news of them dating broke, social media users had accused her of “passing around” NBA players after she was seen with the Phoenix Suns player.

Devin Booker at a loss?

People couldn't help but troll the couple for breaking up, targeting Kendall a bit more. One fan pointed out that the Kardashian curse is now lifted and that the Phoenix Suns player will get back to his form saying, "Finally Devin doing the right thing and setting his priority right, finally hes going to do big things next season....the Kardashian curse has finally been lifted...." Another user said, "The Kardashian curse continues. Suns should have won the last 2 seasons. Seems like he finally figured that out."

Another continued the 'curse spree' and said, "Devin Booker broke up with Kendall Jenner Good now he’s free from any curse." One user said empathized with Devin's growing pain and said, "Devin Booker lost to the Mavs in game 7 and lost Kendall Jenner the following month my boy going through it rn."

One user called out Drake for using famous splits in his songs and how he could write a sick bar using Kendall and Devin and said, "Drake is gonna have a bar like “feelin like Devin when he booked it from Kendall Jenner, you go and give her the world and the Sun just to get with her." Another user said, "Book is getting rid of all distractions and focusing purely on ball this summer."
