Kendall Jenner's stalker reportedly ignored a judge's orders to stay away and broke into her LA home for the third time on Tuesday, October 16. The Canadian man was seen in the grounds of Kendall's £6.5million mansion.

As reported by TMZ, 37-year-old John Ford was caught by Jenner's security guards on her property. He first attempted to break into her home in early September and was ordered to stay 300 meters away. However, last week, he was seen sitting by Kendall's pool and managed to escape from the security upon being seen. On Tuesday, he was spotted on Kendall's porch as he was staring at her through a window.

Ford is currently being held under the California law code 5150 where a person can be held involuntarily and temporarily in a psychiatric hospital for around 72 hours. John has been charged with criminal trespass and violating a protective order. Many other celebrities have also called the gated community home including the likes of Britney Spears, Paris Hilton, Charlie Sheen, and Christina Aguilera.

Kendall is also unhappy with TMZ and called TMZ out for exposing the location of her mansion after they tweeted about her stalker showing up at her pool. She took to Twitter to say, "And how do you guys think these terrifying people know where my house is? cuz you release not only photos but my location. it is so beyond unsafe. is this not our one ounce of privacy we can get???"

"I understand what I’ve signed up for but when you release the exact location to where I live THAT is when you’re putting my life in danger," she continued in a second tweet. "Your home is your safe haven, but for me, cuz of outlets like you, my home is anything BUT. you should be ashamed of yourself," she continued.

Kendall is no stranger to stalking incidents and, in the year 2016, she testified in a case against a man who was charged with stalking her and also trespassing at her home. In her testimony, she shared, "I've never been so scared in my life. I definitely don't feel safe in my own house anymore". The jury in the trial acquitted the man in the case.
