Ozzy Osbourne is NOT dying: Kelly Osbourne slams 'sickening' rumours about father being on 'death bed'
Ozzy Osbourne is doing just fine. Kelly Osbourne has had just about enough of the hundreds of rumours doing the rounds about her father Ozzy Osbourne's health.
Taking to her Instagram stories to bust the unfounded rumours, the 35-year-old set the record straight.
"Today, I had a wonderful start to 2020. I went out to lunch with my family. Then I spent the rest of the day laughing and hanging out with my dad. I came home to read sickening articles about my dad supposedly being on his 'death bed', sometimes the media makes me sick!" she wrote. "It's no secret that my dad has had a rough year when it comes to his health but come the f**k on, this is utter bullshit."
Osbourne had to put the rumours to rest since reports of the former Black Sabbath frontman being close to death started surfacing all over the internet.
The heavy metal legend was recovering from a "bad fall" from earlier in the year 2019 that "screwed up all the vertebrae" in his neck. He then had to cancel his European tour dates scheduled for January and February. When cancelling the tour dates, he had told Daily Mail about the back pain. "I went to the bathroom in the night, lost my balance and landed flat on my face," he said at the time. "I saw this big white flash when I hit the floor and I thought, 'You've finally done it now'."
In 2019, he also suffered from a bout of pneumonia, before which he was hospitalised following complications from the flu.
In fact, TMZ recently shared a video of Ozzy along with his wife Sharon just as they were exiting a gas station, where Sharon even mentioned that the new year could potentially bring a brand new album. If that is the case, we can hardly wait.
