Katie Holmes goes shirtless under denim overalls, shows some skin while out shopping in New York City
Katie Holmes was seen out and about on Sunday in the Upper West Side, Manhattan. The 'Dawson's Creek' actress who was accompanied by a male friend was beaming while carrying home shopping bags.
Holmes sported a sexy retro summer look and was seen in denim overalls which were tied at the waist with a flared leg. She wore the overalls with a backless cutout without a top showing some serious skin.
She finished off the look with a pair of tortoiseshell Celine sunglasses, a pair of red and white sandals, as well as a small silver pendant. She was also seen carrying a red Chanel cross-body bag which featured gold detailing.
40-year-old Holmes had recently made her relationship with 51-year-old Jamie Foxx official.
The couple was seen together on the red carpet during last month's Met Gala.
Both Holmes and Foxx had been friends since 2006 when Foxx had starred with Holmes' former husband 56-year-old Tom Cruise in 'Collateral'.
Holmes and Foxx were initially romantically linked in 2013, around a year after she had got divorced from Cruise.
The couple is making their relationship work via long distance as Foxx is in Los Angeles while Holmes is in New York, as reported by Page Six.
"[Foxx said] things are going swimmingly. They’re making [long] distance work, and they are stronger than ever." Both Katie and Jamie feel very strongly about keeping their personal life private for the sake of their children. As reported by US Weekly, a source shared, "They keep it private and protect it for the most part because they don’t want to disrupt either of their families. Jamie rarely has her over his house and they mostly hang out separately from their kids," a source told the outlet.
Katie is a mother to 12-year-old Suri whom she had with her former husband Tom Cruise.
Jamie is a father to Corinne and 9-year-old Annalise from his previous relationships.
Even though the pair have been together for a long time, they are rarely seen together.
