NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Twitch King, Kai Cenat is a prominent live streamer with over 5 million followers on Twitch and also holds several million followers across various social media platforms. In his recent live stream, Cenat made a unique take to settle his fellow streamer’s anger towards Twitch management.
The streaming community's prominent figures strongly criticized Twitch management regarding the new policies of Twitch, which were deemed as restrictive towards creators. Nonetheless, there continues to be a significant level of anger raised between Twitch and its streamers. What does he claim on his live stream? Keep reading to know more!
‘Let’s sit down’
As one of Twitch's most prominent streamers, Cenat put forward an original resolution during his live stream. He proposed that he and other major creators on the platform engage in a Discord call with the CEO of Twitch. Cenat extended an invitation to the CEO, suggesting that this call would provide an opportunity for the platform's top streamers to express their concerns directly.
In the video clip of Cenat’s live stream, he claimed, “Twitch CEO, let’s sit down in a Discord call, how about that? Look, get the top streamers on your platform, put us in a Discord call. If you’re really about that, put us in a Discord call, OK? And then he added, “Bring xQc, bring me, bring whoever you gotta bring in. We’re going to tell you what you’re doing right, and what you’re doing wrong.”
Cenat's innovative strategy aims to provide clarity and resolve the issues between Twitch and its streamers, while also preventing future backlash. In a recent clip, he hinted at the possibility of a forthcoming round table conference with the CEO and prominent streamers of Twitch.

‘It's a good idea’
As soon as the video clip went viral on Twitter, Cenat’s fans poured numerous tweets. One fan wrote, “This is a good idea, in my opinion. Steamers will get a chance to demand what other platforms like @dehub_official have provided to creators on their platform, like streamers getting up to 90% of their income! That's something twitch streamers should be enjoying and twitch isn't living up to that!” Another fan wrote, “Never happening twitch is so out of touch with their own platform i wont be surrpised when kick comes out on top “. One user wrote, “Its a good idea but probably won't happen, Twitch already had that Council idea that went nowhere”
