Justin Timberlake invites Jessica Biel to 'Palmer' film set to prove 'nothing is going on' after Alisha Wainwright controversy
After her husband was seen getting cozy with his upcoming movie co-star Alisha Wainwright, Jessica Biel is taking no chances and keeping a close eye on Justin Timberlake by visiting his film set.
If the latest report is to be believed, it was the 'Mirrors' singer, 38, who invited his 37-year-old wife to come down to his movie set in order to prove that he was not having an affair. “Justin has told Jessica to come down to New Orleans while he is shooting [Palmer] so she can see for herself that nothing is going on between him and Alisha,” a source told Us Weekly, adding that “Jessica plans to visit him there,” and that they were also “planning to go out together.”
Photos and videos which were was taken on November 21 showing Timberlake and Alisha holding hands, and originally posted by the Sun quickly went viral, sparking speculations of the singer cheating on his wife. They showed Justin and Alisha taking a break from shooting their movie 'Palmer' and going for a midnight trip to a bar where they enjoyed some drinks on a balcony.
During their hangout, the 30-year-old actress was spotted stroking Justin's knee before he grabbed her hand. Justin was spotted without his wedding ring during the outing in question and appeared to be unsteady on his feet as he put his arm around Alisha's waist.
The latest news comes weeks after Justin shared a public apology addressed to his wife, child, and fans earlier this month. While he denied cheating on his wife on the long Instagram post, he also expressed regret over his behavior.
“I displayed a strong lapse in judgment — but let me be clear — nothing happened between me and my costar. I drank way too much that night and I regret my behavior,” he wrote on Instagram.
“I should have known better. This is not the example I want to set for my son. I apologize to my amazing wife and family for putting them through such an embarrassing situation, and I am focused on being the best husband and father I can be. This was not that. I am incredibly proud to be working on Palmer. Looking forward to continuing to make this movie and excited for people to see it.”
