LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Two of the most successful women in the entertainment industry, Selena Gomez and Hailey Bieber, have once again managed to dominate the headlines after the two happily posed and celebrated together for the first time in nearly four years at a star-studded event at the second annual Academy Museum of Motion Pictures gala in Los Angeles, defusing the drama that has always surrounded rumors of her relationship with Justin Bieber.
The duo was not only all smiles for the cameras but also captured sharing a sweet hug by photographer Tyrell Hampton, who posted the picture on Instagram with "plot twist" as his caption.

Hailey Bieber slammed for talking about Selena Gomez on 'Call Her Daddy'
The friendly clash between the two divas follows the model's statements during her recent appearance on the 'Call Her Daddy' podcast, in which she claimed that she and Gomez have no bad blood. The model, 25 said of the 'Wolves' singer, “It’s all respect. It’s all love. … Neither of us owes anybody anything except respect. I respect her a lot, and I think there are no expectations [between us]. I respect her,” she continued mentioning her and Justin, 28, getting engaged in July 2018, shortly after the 'Peaches' singer's final breakup with Gomez, “Everybody on our side knows what happened, and we’re good, and we can walk away from it with clarity and respect."
Justin dated the 30-years-old Gomez on and off for eight years, meanwhile, he was also linked to Hailey and Sofia Richie, and many others. But it was in late 2017 that the Canada-born singer reconciled with Gomez for the last time before the now-ex-couple called it quits by March of the following year.
After Tyrell Hampton posted the said picture of Hailey Bieber and Selena Gomez, a frenzy descended on fans.
