Justin Bieber has no beef with Drake and actually found his photo joke 'hilarious', might 'come back' at him
On December 26, Justin Bieber visited his hometown in Ontario and rented out an ice hockey rink in Stratford to play a game or two with his friends including Toronto Maple Leafs players Mitch Marner, Tyson Barrie and Auston Matthews.
The 'Love Yourself' singer, to mark the memorable moment, shared a picture of himself with his friends and fellow-players on Instagram. However, the post took a different turn when Drake decided to include one of his childhood photos in Bieber's post and shared it as his Instagram story.
The 'God's Plan' singers' story quickly went viral, leaving fans of both parties concerned about Bieber's reaction. While some reckoned a foregone feud between the two singers, the others waited for something as witty in response from Bieber's end.
Amid all this, a source revealed to HollywoodLife that Drake’s post was taken by Bieber with good humor. "Justin is friends with Drake and he thought his joke was hilarious. He didn't take offense to it or take it seriously," the source told the magazine.
The source added that Bieber was, in fact, flattered, as "he thinks very highly of Drake". Apparently, the 'Hotline Bling' singer might even get an invite next time and Bieber would be "happy to skate with him".
Talking about the 'Sorry' singer's initial reaction to Drake's post, another source told HollywoodLife, "Justin thought it was hilarious of Drake to post that pic and knows he didn't mean any harm by it."
However, the source further shared that Justin might come back at Drake with something just funny and it shouldn't be surprising.
Addressing the hearsay regarding a feud between the two singers, a third source told HollywoodLife, “Drake and Justin are friends, all this was and will forever be is a joke because there is no feud between the two" and the former chose to joke about it as he didn't want to miss out on the special moment.
