Judy Kline: Woman, 54, banned from reaching out to Latino family she harassed after Ring video goes viral
ST LOUIS, MISSOURI: Judy Kline, an accused charged with multiple offenses in a harassment case will no longer be able to contact the Latino family she allegedly threatened with a hammer. In a court ruling on Wednesday, February 15, an order of protection was granted against the accused, who did not appear in court virtually or in person. As per Joel Currier, a media liaison for the Judicial Circuit Court in Missouri, one of the family members, Guadalupe Rivera-Gonzalez, testified in a virtual hearing and claimed that Kline came to their house multiple times for the last year.
The victim also added that Kline threatened her family with a hammer and said they were not US citizens, although, the family is Mexican-American. As per orders, Kline is prohibited to come within 300 feet of the family’s residence, car, workplace, or "any place they may be found.” The Wednesday judgment also means that the accused cannot be stalking, abusing, or molesting the family, communicating with them, and is not allowed to enter their property. Fatima Suarez, the family’s daughter, shared a clip of her Ring camera video on TikTok, which immediately went viral.
