AUSTIN, TEXAS: Outspoken podcaster Joe Rogan, 55, needs no introduction! Rogan's large global following led to a $200 million deal with 'Spotify', the leading streaming service. Making the most of his influence, it appears Rogan has signed up to serve as the brand ambassador for the energy drink called "Elk Blood".

Rogan identifies himself as a stand-up comedian, mixed martial arts enthusiast, psychedelic adventurer, and host of 'The Joe Rogan Experience' in his Twitter bio. Rogan who has been a standup comedian for more than 20 years, had comedy specials aired on Comedy Central and Netflix, including 'Joe Rogan: Strange Times'. With already so much on his plate, it seems like he needs those energy drinks. That would explain his collaboration with the Kill Cliff company that produces the Elk Blood energy drink.

5 key takeaways about Joe Rogan's collaboration with Kill Cliff

Rogan came up with idea for 'CBD beverage'

Rogan conceived the idea for a brand-new energy drink named "Elk Blood," in collaboration with Kill Cliff. This collaboration follows his previous partnership with the company for "Flaming Joe," a CBD beverage similar to Elk Blood. Rogan's inspiration for "Elk Blood" arose during one of his memorable bow hunts with entrepreneur Cameron Hanes. Rogan expressed their joint creative process, saying, "We developed the concept on the day of the hunt and collaborated with Kill Cliff's team to craft a tasty and performance-enhancing drink that would cater to athletes and hunters like us."

The 'Elk Blood' flavor

Kill Cliff, a company known for producing sustainable energy drinks, and owned and operated by former Navy SEALs, has recently partnered with podcaster Joe Rogan and outdoor entrepreneur Cameron Hanes. Together, they have introduced the new "Elk Blood" flavor, which is the latest addition to the diverse range of flavors already offered by Kill Cliff.

No actual plasma

Elk Blood, the creation of Joe Rogan and Cam Hanes, is a slightly fizzy red beverage that does not contain elk remains or plasma. Despite its name, it is simply red in color because of coloring and not the presence of actual animal blood. As some may not be aware, Cameron Hanes has previously appeared on 'The Joe Rogan Experience'. The flavor of Elk Blood is described as a combination of cherry bomb with a hint of spiciness.

No sugar or artificial sweeteners

The drink is completely sugar-free because Rogan and Hanes, being health enthusiasts, avoid it. Instead, it contains 125 mg of natural caffeine and 25 mg of broad-spectrum CBD.

Elk Blood promises 'mental focus and physical endurance'

Elk Blood, crafted to meet the needs of hunters and endurance athletes, combines CBD and caffeine to deliver sustained mental focus and physical endurance. Rogan emphasized that each 12-ounce can of Kill Cliff Elk Blood blends 25mg of pure broad-spectrum CBD with 125mg of green tea caffeine. Additionally, it contains B vitamins, electrolytes, and plant extracts, providing consumers with energy, hydration, and enhanced focus.
