Joe Rogan reveals how Kanye West's 'tornado of creativity' left him awestruck
AUSTIN, TEXAS: Joe Rogan had some nice words to say about Kanye West's creativity, which apparently helped him in a surprising way. The controversial UFC commentator revealed it was the rapper who designed his podcast studio.
Rogan, known for contentious podcasts, also discussed jellyfish and octopuses on 'JRE' with comedian Kim Congdon and actress Sara Weinshenk, highlighting their unique features and toxicity, comparing them to aliens.
Joe Rogan impressed with Kanye West's creativity
During one of his 'JRE' episodes, Rogan discussed Kanye West's creativity in all fields. He said, "That guy is a f**king tornado of creativity. Like his mind is, when he wanted to do a podcast, one thing he wanted to do is make a set that was a womb. And we're gonna do it in there."
"He goes like, 'your studio is ugly and it's boring.' He really said, 'would you allow me to design your studio?' I said, 'yeah, do whatever the f**k you want."
He went on to say, "This is gonna be fun but Jammie got COVID so all got thrown into a monkey wrench and we need someone else to engineer and so we just did it in my little s**tty studio."
The podcaster further added, "But that guy just always trying to think about sustainable housing, he's trying to think about new forms of currency, he's designing clothes, he's writing f**king songs constantly."
"His brain, the same thing that makes him blurt out things that are questionable - and you probably shouldn't have said it. That same brain is responsible for insane amount of art," Rogan concluded.

Joe Rogan on octopuses and jellyfish
'Jellyfish and Octopuses Are Like the Aliens of the Ocean' was the title of a recent episode in which Rogan and other distinguished guests had a thorough conversation regarding the unique aspects of life beneath the ocean.
The discussion began with a question about whether jellyfish use their brains. They eventually came to the conclusion that these aquatic animals function by following their "sense of vibes" and having a good time in the deep ocean.
Rogan and Kim Congdon discussed the dangers of box jellyfish and octopuses, with Rogan highlighting the toxic nature of some jellyfish and Australia's status as a home to great white sharks.
Congdon confirmed that the blue-ringed octopus, which appears pickable but is deadly, is the most dangerous species in the world.
Congdon also talked about a Netflix documentary that highlighted the intelligence of octopi, showing that on average, their brains are the size of a five-year-old child. Rogan related anecdotes about how octopuses can catch fish and escape from the water.
A video of an octopus stuck in a hole was shown to end the talk.
