Joe Rogan draws parallel between drinking water and 'dinosaur's p**s' while discussing Mesozoic Era during 'JRE' podcast
AUSTIN, TEXAS: Joe Rogan, a versatile UFC color commentator and a podcast has hilariously drawn a parallel between drinking water and "dinosaur's p**s" while discussing the Mesozoic era during his Podcast, 'The Joe Rogan Experience.'
The Mesozoic Era, which lasted 252-66 million years ago, was characterized by archosaurian reptiles, gymnosperms, ferns, and a hot greenhouse climate. It started after the Permian-Triassic extinction and terminated with the Cretaceous-Paleogene extinction. In the Mid-Triassic, dinosaurs appeared, followed by archaic birds, mammals, and flowering plants.
'You're drinking dinosaur p**s'
On the 'JRE' podcast, he recently had fellow comedian Adrienne Iapalucci as a guest. The two were talking, and Rogan mentioned that, at one point in time, considering the enormous number of dinosaurs that formerly inhabited the Earth for nearly a hundred million years, most of the world's water was filtered by a dinosaur's urinary tract.
Rogan said, "P**s is just dirty water. If you're drinking water, you're drinking dinosaur p**s. All water on Earth, at one point in time, if you just think statistically, the hundreds of millions of years that dinosaurs were around, all that water, at some point in time, was filtered out of a dinosaur's d**k." He added, "Every glass of water you drink originally was in dinosaur urine."
Rogan then checked the internet to confirm the details, he said, "The beasts were here far longer than we have ever been in that long span of time it's very likely the dinosaurs have drunk all the water available back then and then all the water available now is simply water that has passed through a dinosaur's kidneys making its way through the never-ending water cycle."
'I’ve been drinking dinosaur urine'
Rogan confirmed the fact after asking his producer, Jamie, to dig it up, leaving Iapalucci astounded by what she'd just learned. The talk took place on episode #2007 of the podcast, as opposed to the 'JRE' MMA podcast, which has hundreds of episodes.
The episode attracted many users. A user commented, "I’ve been drinking dinosaur urine cause it’s sterile and I like the taste." Another user added, "I remember my sixth grade teacher talking about this. Glad it's confirmed to be true on JRE nearly two decades later."
One commentator mocked Bud Light beer, "Fun fact; dinosaur piss water is sold in stores under the label Bud Light." A fourth one asked, "So, as a kid, I was washing down my Flintstone Vitamins with dinosaur urine?"
