Jessica Biel will 'never break up her family over' husband Justin Timberlake holding hands with another woman

A source close to the actress shared that she is "standing by" her husband as they work through the controversy generated by him holding hands with a co-star from his upcoming movie

Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake are looking to move forward despite all the recent drama surrounding their relationship.

As reported by People, a source close to the pair revealed that the 37-year-old actress is "standing by" the former NSYNC frontman, 38, after he was seen holding hands with another woman, Alisha Wainwright. Wainwright is Timberlake's co-star on an upcoming film titled 'Palmer'. The two were seen holding hands on a balcony on an outing with friends in New Orleans last month.

The insider shared, "Obviously Justin drank too much this time, but Jessica believes he didn’t cheat on her. What’s most important to her in life is her family and being the best mom to Silas. She’ll never break up her family over something like this."

Timberlake and Biel have been married since 2012 and also share a son Silas, 4, together.

Since the incident, Timberlake has apologized to his wife and son in a long statement that he shared via his Instagram. In the post, he assured his fans and followers that "nothing happened" between him and Wainwright.

"I stay away from gossip as much as I can, but for my family, I feel it is important to address recent rumors that are hurting the people I love," Timberlake wrote.

"A few weeks ago I displayed a strong lapse in judgment — but let me be clear — nothing happened between me and my costar. I drank way too much that night and I regret my behavior. I should have known better. This is not the example I want to set for my son. I apologize to my amazing wife and family for putting them through such an embarrassing situation, and I am focused on being the best husband and father I can be. This was not that," he wrote.

A source close to Biel shared that it was a good thing that Timberlake apologized publicly though the real work he is doing is making up in private.
