'Island time': Jessica Alba enjoys Hawaii vacation with family, shares rare photos
HAWAII, US: Jessica Alba appeared to be enjoying a "spring break" with her family on a Hawaiian vacation in her latest Instagram post. The 41-year-old actress shared a couple of photos on Wednesday, April 12, that included her husband Cash Warren, and their two daughters, Honor, 14, Haven, 11, and five-year-old son Hayes. While Alba looked flawless in the images, it was her oldest daughter Honor who grabbed all the attention as she towered over her mother in height.
In the upload, the family was dressed in light summer outfits perfect for the sunny weather in Hawaii. The 'Fantastic Four' actress wore a red sleeveless dress whereas her daughters opted for floral prints. Honor sported a bright blue puff-sleeved dress while Haven styled a dark blue short dress. Warren, for his part, wore a black T-shirt and shorts. Alba's youngest child Hayes rocked a white and black plaid shirt over a white T-shirt and blue shorts. “Island time w my mains,” Jessica wrote in the caption for the post alongside multiple emojis.

'Such a beautiful family'
Fans were quick to compliment Alba and her family, particularly Honor, in the comments section. "Lucky guy married the most beautiful woman on the planet," the top comment read. "Such a beautiful family. Where is your daughter's blue maxi dress from? It’s beautiful," another user said. "The girls take after their father, one and the other looks like a grandma but the boy looks like Jessica for sure. Beautiful family God bless," a third comment read. "How did they grow that much in two weeks?! I’m so confused," a user remarked. "You never age you look good and still young," complimented a fan.
Alba on parenting challenges
Apparently, 14-year-old Honor has previously made headlines for towering over her mother in January when the family was visiting Disneyland. In the snaps, the teen wore a dark blue and green striped sweater as she posed alongside her loved ones. Alba previously spoke about her experience in raising both a teenager and a toddler at the same time while also pointing out one of the biggest challenges of parenting. "The hardest part about being a parent is allowing your kids to make a mistake and knowing when it is going to be too hard or too much," she said on Dear Media's Raising Good Humans podcast in February. "And then you're like, I guess nothing's too much. But I also like it, they're not mistakes, they're lessons, and they're meant to go through the challenges and it's meant to bring them out the other side," she continued before adding, "So, yeah, that's impossible. That's one thing that I definitely struggle with."
