Did 'Jeopardy!' predict 'Bennifer' reunion? Clue about Jennifer Lopez, Ben Affleck shot before their vacation
Fans of the popular game show 'Jeopardy' were left perplexed on Friday, May 14, after its latest episode offered up "Bennifer" as a clue during one of its guessing rounds. The episode aired amid reports that Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck spent some quality time together in Montana recently in May.
However, the episode in which the clue was featured, was shot way before the former flames decided to take a vacation together. Hence, there would have been no way for the game show to have been referring to the recent gossip about the two. The 'Jeopardy!' clue, read by guest host and CBS journalist Bill Whitaker, said: "As a couple, they were known jointly as 'Bennifer.'"

While 'Bennifer' could simply have been a pop culture reference, stemming from the popular celebrity name in the early 2000s, some fans of the show were convinced that 'Jeopardy!' had somehow predicted the future.
"This would have been filmed well before Bennifer 2.0," one of them said, while another tweeted, "There was a #Bennifer question tonight on Jeopardy, so even they knew it was coming months ago." A third noted, "Excuse me but Jeopardy (filmed weeks in advance) manifested Bennifer 2021 AND their getaway to Montana with the clues that aired tonight!!!"

'Bennifer' reunion
The 'Batman' actor and 'The Boy Next Door' actress were spotted together, spending some quality time at the Big Sky Resort in Montana, an area close to Yellowstone National Park recently. On May 10, sources said that Lopez and Affleck were spotted riding in a car together near a resort in Big Sky, where the actor owns a home. In photos published by Daily Mail, he was seen behind the wheel with Lopez in the passenger seat.
"[Jennifer] spent several days with Ben out of town. They have a strong connection. It's all been quick and intense, but Jennifer is happy," a separate source said. Lopez and Affleck both attended and participated in the 'VAX LIVE: The Concert to Reunite the World' event before being spotted in Montana.
