Jennifer Lopez flaunts her legs in denim Valentino dress with thigh-high slit while furniture shopping in LA
WEST HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA: Jennifer Lopez displayed her impeccable fashion sense while engaging in some furniture shopping in West Hollywood on June 5. The 53-year-old 'Hustlers' star confidently donned a bold VGOLD Chambray shirt dress from Valentino, worth $4,700. The dress featured alluring thigh-high slits, in the front and the sides, that showcased her toned legs, along with a button-up front.
Completing her ensemble, Lopez wore knee-high black leather boots and a brown Gucci handbag. Her caramel-toned tresses were styled in an elegant bouncy updo, and she added a touch of sparkle with large gold hoops. Sporting 70s-style sunglasses, she exuded a chic vibe.
Brand new purchase
It appeared that the mother-of-two was shopping for her new home, which she recently purchased with husband Ben Affleck for a staggering $60 million. The mansion, known as the 'Wallingford estate,' spans 46,000 square feet and boasts 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms.
Lopez kept her energy up, clutching a cup of coffee in her hand, during the shopping spree. In a separate instance, she was photographed shopping for a new fireplace, presumably for their lavish abode. Accompanying her on the trip were her 15-year-old twins, Emme and Max, whom she shares with her ex-husband, Marc Anthony.
According to TMZ, Lopez and Affleck secured the mansion with a cash payment of $60.85 million, striking a deal within a week and paying nearly $15 million below the original asking price of $75 million. Originally listed in 2018 for $135 million, the price was considerably reduced this year.
Lavish is an understatement
The property, described as "newly rebuilt and expanded," includes amenities such as a 12-car garage, parking for 80 vehicles, an indoor sports complex, a 5,000 square-foot guest penthouse, a caretaker house, and a two-bedroom guard house.
The indoor sports facility provides Lopez with a full gym, basketball and pickleball courts, and even a boxing ring. Additionally, the mansion features a hair and nail salon, a home theater, a wine cellar, a whiskey lounge, as well as sauna and massage rooms.
Recent sightings captured movers transporting a significant amount of furniture into the couple's new abode. Lopez and Affleck spent nearly a year searching for a home and pulled out of three other escrows before settling on their current Beverly Hills residence.
