Jennifer Garner's lookalike teen daughter Violet Affleck is now officially taller than her
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: With each year that goes by, Ben Affleck’s daughter Violet Affleck continues to be the spitting image of her mother, Jennifer Garner. The 17-year-old budding fashionista appeared all grown-up and taller than her mother as they were spotted out and about with the ‘13 Going On 30’ actress in Los Angeles on Wednesday, March 22.
Garner and Violet were all smiles as they walked past a Peet's coffee shop on the sidewalk. Violet cut a casual figure in a shiny black puffer vest that was layered with a chunky turtleneck sweater. Violet also adorned a black pleated skirt which she complimented with a pair of white socks and trainers in charcoal gray. She accessorized her look with her signature glasses and kept her blonde tresses falling around shoulder level with a part in the middle.

She completed her look with a collared cream-colored sweater that was paired with an olive green blazer. For the dinner held in the honor of French President Emmanuel Macron and his wife Brigitte Macron, Violet and Garner rocked black ensembles, looking chic and elegant. Violet donned a Ralph Lauren black dress with the '50s-inspired cut and ankle-length skirt. She wore her hair in an updo, had a pouch in her hand, and wore her glasses as well! Garner also donned a Ralph Lauren black number, paired with leather platform shoes. Apart from Violet, Garner and Ben have two other children, namely, Seraphina Rose Elizabeth Affleck, 13, and Samuel Garner Affleck, 10. However, tehy didn't accompany their mother to the dinner.
Garner recently revealed that her daughter inspired her role in ‘Yes Day’, which captured her working with Jenna Ortega. “The first draft [of the script] had the teenager [played by Jenna Ortega] being snarky and really kind of nasty and a troublemaker,” she said, according to Hollywood Life. She added, “‘So there was this kind of external pressure and I kept saying, ‘No! The heartbreak is just that she’s growing up at all. That’s what’s heartbreaking!”
