'I've become very insular': Jennifer Aniston plans 'time off' for the first time ever to travel
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Hollywood beauty Jennifer Aniston is finally thinking about taking time off. She appears to be seeking a little vacation time to travel for pleasure rather than work for the first time ever. The 54-year-old actress spoke to PEOPLE while teasing the Apple TV+ series' next season of 'The Morning Show' which is expected this fall calling it a "good, juicy one."
The actress, who shot to worldwide fame as Rachel Green in the 1990s sitcom 'Friends', revealed that she plans to step away from the public eye for the next few months as she realized that she has become "very insular" after having spent a lot of time at home throughout the Covid-19 pandemic.

'I've never done that'
The Pvolve fitness brand partner and actress says she's looking forward to getting some time off before the season premiere this fall. She said to People, "In our business, you have to demand the time off or carve it out, because there's always something that's going to pop up. So I think after next week I'm going to take June and July off. I've never done that, but I really think I'm going to do it. I’m going to travel because I haven't really since the pandemic. I've become very insular. But it's time to get over that, it’s very easy to fall into agoraphobia after this pandemic. And I refuse to let that happen."
'So good to hear she works so hard'
Sweet fans responded to her travel plans by recommending destinations, and some thought it was a fantastic idea because she works so hard. "So cute," a fan tweeted. Another said, "That's good." A third one noted, "so good to hear she works so hard." A fourth fan mentioned, "Cape Town should be one of your choices for down time."

The 'Marley and Me' star continued by offering her wellness advice, stating that she has learned to eat healthy, get the perfect amount of sleep, and balance it all up with the "fun and gluttony" in order to stay fit. She stated, "It's just calories in, calories out, nutrition, what are you feeding your body? Don't eat crap. You've got to get the right amount of sleep. You've got to drink tons and tons and tons of water. You also have to give yourself the 20 percent of fun and gluttony and have a good time and indulge. For me, I couldn't do that saintly, never go off the rails or deviate from the plan of perfect wellness because I like to enjoy myself."
