Jeffree Star posts picture of mystery boyfriend; identified as basketball player Andre Marhold
Just a day ago, Jeffree Star teased his Instagram followers with a snap of himself wrapped in the muscular, tattooed arms of a mysterious stranger. The beauty vlogger with a sizeable following on YouTube and owner of Jeffree Star Cosmetics captioned the photo: "Thankful for all the blessings God has brought into my life this year.”
Twitter was immediately on fire with speculation about who the man was and if the 34-year-old cosmetics entrepreneur has got himself a new boyfriend just five months after splitting from long-term partner, Nathan Schwandt.
The cat was out of the bag after Star posted to pictures -- one with him posing with Andre Marhold and another with Marhold in the pool,holding Star's tattooed ankles underwater. This can be seen as a confirmation from Jeffree Star's own account, and these pictures confirm the speculation that Marhold is the mysterious stranger and Star's current boyfriend.
Eagle-eyed fans had already identified Marhold because of his distinctive arm tattoos clearly visible in the first picture posted on Star's Instagram feed. One tweet for instance said: "Andre Marhold this you", comparing closeups of the tattoos from Star's snap and another where Marhold is about to sink a shot on the court.

For those of you who are curious about who Andre Marhold is, there is the lowdown. The 6-foot-6 Marhold is a basketball player and the CEO of a talent agency. His Instagram page has a link to a company called the "Belle Agency".
Marhold, who has the NBA in his sights, was playing for the Austrian Basketball League at one point in time. The Austrian Basketball League is an overseas league where players go to hone their talents in hopes of someday being ready for the NBA.
Andre Marhold started his basketball career at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennslyvania. He reportedly also has a child and is currently residing in Atlanta, Georgia, according to his now locked Instagram page. Neither Jeffree Star nor Andre Marhold have officially commented on their relationship yet.
