Jason Schwartzman puts up pint-sized West Hollywood condo for sale
Jason Schwartzman is letting go of a pint-size condo on a beloved block in West Hollywood, which the actor has owned for nearly 13 years. Jason is selling the one-bedroom and one-bath Spanish Colonial Revival–style condo in the Andalusia apartment house.
The apartment is estimated to be only 762 square feet, but besides having the pedigree of once belonging to Jason it is also conveniently located near the Chateau Marmont Hotel in the heart of West Hollywood. The Andalusia apartment house is also a coveted address. The actor purchased the condo for $600,000 in 2005 and is currently looking to sell the property for $895,000.
