Janet Jackson and Naomi Campbell distance themselves from Sean Combs following his ex-GF Cassie’s lawsuit
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Two of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ prominent friends have reportedly distanced themselves from the rapper following his former partner Cassie's explosive lawsuit where she claimed that he abused her and engaged in sex trafficking, among several other staggering claims.
According to PageSix, Janet Jackson and Naomi Campbell partied with Combs at Lavo in London last week to celebrate his 54th birthday and the release of his new album. Besides, both of them documented their good time and shared photos from the bash on Instagram.
However, it is reported that the singer and the model have removed their posts by Friday, November 17.
What did Cassie allege in her lawsuit?
Although Jackson and Campbell have not yet commented on why they deleted their respective posts, the interesting development came after Cassie alleged in a bombshell lawsuit filed Thursday, November 17, that Diddy raped her, physically and psychologically abused her and engaged in sex trafficking by making her have sex with male prostitutes while he watched during their decade-long love affair.
What did Sean 'Diddy' Combs' attorney say?
Combs' attorney, Ben Brafman said that the rapper “vehemently denies” her claims. He said, "For the past six months, Mr. Combs has been subjected to Ms. Ventura’s persistent demand of $30 million, under the threat of writing a damaging book about their relationship.”
Cassie’s attorney, Douglas Wigdor, meanwhile told the outlet that Combs allegedly offered “eight figures to silence her and prevent the filing of this lawsuit.” He added, “She rejected his efforts.”
Aubrey O’Day, another famous protege of the rapper who appeared on his reality show 'Making The Band' and was part of the resulting group, Danity Kane, has been crying “I told you so” on social media since the New York Times published Cassie’s claims.
“Been trynna tell y’all for years. Prayers up for this queen,” she posted on Instagram stories. Aubrey further told the outlet, "I’m in complete support of her.”
Sean 'Diddy' Combs’ former partner Gina Huynh also once alleged that the rapper stomped on her stomach and punched her in the head during their five-year relationship.
Huynh, who is known by the nickname Virginia V, brought the staggering claim in a 2019 interview that has now resurfaced following singer Cassie’s bombshell lawsuit against Diddy.

“He stomped on my stomach really hard — like, took the wind out of my breath,” Huynh told controversial blogger Tasha K at the time according to PageSix, adding "I couldn’t breathe. He kept hitting me. I was pleading to him, ‘Can you just stop? I can’t breathe.'”
An insider reportedly informed the outlet, “Losing people like Naomi and Janet — those types — it’s going to be very hard on him, because he’s such a narcissist.”
