For those of you unfamiliar with 'The Fifth Element,' it is an English-language French science fiction action film conceived and directed by Luc Besson and co-written by Besson and Robert Mark Kamen. It stars Bruce Willis, Gary Oldman, Chris Tucker, and Milla Jovovich. Set primarily in the 23rd century, the film's central plot revolves around the survival of planet Earth, which is in charge of Korben Dallas (Willis), a cab driver and former special forces major, after a young woman (Jovovich) gets into his cab has fallen. To accomplish this, Dallas joins forces with her to recover four mystical stones essential to defending Earth against the imminent attack of a malevolent cosmic entity.
