Jamie Foxx returns to social media, delights fans with movie announcement after recent health scare

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: After facing a terrifying incident on set that resulted in his hospitalization, Jamie Foxx has returned to Instagram to inform his followers about his upcoming film. The 55-year-old 'Django Unchained' star experienced a "medical complication" in April while filming his new Netflix movie, 'Back In Action'.

However, he just revealed surprising details regarding a different Netflix movie titled 'They Cloned Tyrone',  indicating that it will be released on July 21, as reported by Mirror. In an Instagram post, Jamie Foxx shared a teaser clip of the movie and added the caption, "It's about to go down."

The actor will give an update 'when he's ready'

Since the event, questions have been raised concerning his health, even some details going as far as he went "blind" after suffering from a "stroke". Notably, his legal representatives have vehemently denied assertions that his unidentified ailment was linked to the Covid immunization. His reps further told NBC News in a statement that those claims were "completely untrue." Even though Jamie's health issue has been the subject of considerable rumor, his pal Nick Cannon recently reassured fans that the actor will give an update "when he's ready."

'He's always been somebody who is extremely professional and extremely private'

Speaking to Extra TV, Nick Cannon expressed his admiration for Jamie Foxx's professional and private approach throughout his career. He mentioned, "One thing I've always respected about how Jamie's moved throughout his entire career if you've noticed, he's always been somebody who is extremely professional and extremely private." Cannon further emphasized that the way Jamie handles situations, demonstrates the same level of professionalism, deserving respect. Reportedly, Jamie Foxx has been spending time at a physical rehabilitation facility in Chicago.

The  'Law Abiding Citizen' stars update evoked mixed responses about the acotr's health with some saying, "Foxx sending a message." Some users still requested the actor to go live and address their concerns. "Can we see you go live? We need to make sure you’re okay for real Eric," a fan wrote. "Nigga f*** the movie, are you okay? We need you out here," wrote another fan. "So you’re not going address what’s going on?" questioned another fan. One user suggested, "Find it odd this movie coming out right after all this shit happening. That title says a thousand words." Pushing a movie like this when there’s a real-life conspiracy surrounding you lol. Life is hilarious."
