CLEVELAND, OHIO: Jake Paul recently reacted to the leaked UFC earnings of Conor McGregor, and it seems like he found the situation quite hilarious.

Notably, "The Problem Child" Paul previously declared himself McGregor's "biggest fight" to date but is yet to secure a match with "The Notorious" in the UFC.

Jake Paul calls Conor McGregor's UFC payouts 'hilarious and sad'

As per reports from the MMA blog Bloody Elbow, the UFC Antitrust lawsuit led to the disclosure of payment information for several of the UFC's biggest stars, including Conor McGregor.

The records indicate that the Irishman made close to $20 million from his first nine octagon bouts, which included matches against Jose Aldo and Nate Diaz.

An X (formerly Twitter) user recently shared the supposed payouts, writing, "Conor McGregor’s payouts revealed in UFC court documents: - $2,642,204 vs Chad Mendes - $4,476,662 or $4,536,932 vs Jose Aldo - $5,576,315 vs Nate Diaz 1 - $5,615,490 vs Nate Diaz 2 - $6,812,374 vs Eddie Alvarez."

Jake Paul posted a now-deleted jab at McGregor on X (previously Twitter) with a straightforward 10-word retort and stated, "This is f**king hilarious and sad at the same time."

Jake Paul has criticized UFC's compensation structure

Jake Paul has been vocal about UFC's compensation structure as some lower-tier fighters are said to have made as little as $12,000 for an octagon appearance.

In an X (formerly Twitter) post from August, he wrote, "No major sports organization pays its athletes as poorly as Dana White & UFC. If u don’t see that then you are one of Dana’s sheeps. They keep talking about selling out 21 events in a row but never talking about raising fighter pay, giving them healthcare & fair revenue split."

It's debatable if the YouTuber has a valid point, but there's no denying that "The Problem Child" has made a sizable fortune from his fighting career.

Paul had previously stated that he had earned upwards of $30 million for his fight with Tommy Fury in February, but rumors now state that he was hoping to clear a whopping $10 million for his victory against former UFC star Nate Diaz.
