In a slide, the 30-year-old artist subtly teases her new love song. With Kelsea playing the guitar in the backdrop, she sings, "To the man that loved this woman after heartbreak, thanks for all you didn’t have to do. When I met you, I was jaded, sad, and complicated. You’ll never know how much I needed you."
Stokes, in response, expresses gratitude, commenting, "Thankful for you ❤️."
Earlier, he also shared about seeing his love perform in her hometown Knoxville, Tennessee during the ‘Heartfirst Tour’. “For her to go back to her hometown and to sell out an arena, like that stage — it was the coolest thing. I cried the whole time,” he said.

Stokes and Ballerini officially stepped into the spotlight as a couple at the CMT Music Awards in April 2023.
Their public appearance at the ceremony, hosted at the Moody Center in Austin, Texas, featured the couple embracing each other, radiating happiness, as reported by MEAWW.
Ahead of the event, the 'Heartfirst' singer shared that she had a "really hot date tonight" and added, "I'm really, really happy, and it's really nice to... this is our first outing, so I'm like, 'Come on into my world and then bring me into Charleston.'"
