'It's not like you have plastic surgery': Sofia Vergara reveals botox practices for eyes and neck in beauty regimen
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Sofia Vergara revealed to fans the secrets behind her age-defying looks in a conversation with 'Glamour,' stating, "There's a million [rules] I'm obsessed with."
The 51-year-old said, “I always wash my face after going to bed. I try to avoid the sun on my face no matter what. I go on vacations and I'm not that diligent, to be honest with you, with the body because it's nice to feel a little sun, a little tan.”
“But the face — it's funny because my body's always so much darker than my face. My face is like a ghost. It doesn't even match my body,” she added.

Sofia reflects on the importance of careful choices
Sofia, the founder of her own sun care line, Toty, expressed her desire to have been more cautious at a younger age.
“It's [launching the brand] been something that I wanted to do for a long time. In the '90s, I started realizing that sunblock was so important for your face for aging," Sofia said.
"I did a lot of damage to myself with the sun because living in South America, in Colombia, we don't even have seasons. It's all year-long sun,” She added.
She shared her aspirations for additional offerings, saying, "I have to do a lot of things to it while I'm working. Sometimes they curl your hair, straighten your hair, pull your hair, color your hair. I've been using it for a year now, and it's really good."
Addressing rumors that she had gone through plastic surgery, the ‘Modern Family’ actress said, “Sometimes I read messages - I avoid reading comments because, for what? It's usually people that are in a bad mood or depressed or jealous.”

Sofia hadn't gone under the knife
Sofia shared with the outlet, "I read it, and it's like, 'She has done so much stuff to herself that she doesn't even look like her anymore.' And I'm thinking, It's not like you have plastic surgery to look worse than before, come on!” she added.
“I always want to say, 'No, it's called aging! It's called f***ing I'm old!' That's why I look different!” Sofia said.
However, she acknowledged regularly engaging in a few cosmetic procedures on her body.
"I do little things here and there. I do a lot of micro-needling when I can. Also, I don't have downtime. I wish I had downtime from work. I would do a lot more s**t. But I do microneedling, little lasers for capillaries because I have rosacea," she said.
“I do Botox in my eyes and in my neck regularly. Little things that I don't need to sit in my house for a month because, unfortunately, I can't. And products. I like products,” Sofia added.
