BET recognized Busta Rhymes as the recipient of the lifetime achievement award on Friday, June 23. Even though there was no host, DJs cued performers and celebrities to take the stage at various points throughout the event. Trina performed at the BET Hip Hop Awards on June 25, 2023. While Trina was stunning as always, it looks like her protruding stomach region stole the show.

Trina continues to be 'da baddest b**h'

The BET Awards kicked off at 8 pm ET, with an epic homage to the rappers and musicians who helped shape hip-hop culture into what it is today, to commemorate hip-hop's 50th anniversary. The red carpet pre-show for the 2023 BET Awards got off to a bumpy start on Sunday. Trina, the queen of the South, ascended the stage shortly after the problem was resolved.

She headed to Instagram shortly after a fantastic performance to share a clip from the night. In the caption, she wrote, "LIVE tonight @betawards 🎤🖤." Trina has been nominated ten times for BET Awards, nine of which have been for Best Female Hip-Hop Artist.

Trina, who is a rapper, has been known to keep her love life under wraps. Despite rumors about her engagement to her longtime beau Raymond Taylor in 2021, the 'Diamond Princess' avoids disclosing too many details about her relationship. Being an open book has both advantages and disadvantages, and the rapper tends to prefer seclusion.

Trina's relationship status hasn't prevented social media users from speculating about her being pregnant and becoming a mother now that she's off the market. While the same thing became the topic of discussion on Twitter as one of the users wrote, "Is my good sis Trina pregnant?" While another threw shade on the rapper and said, "Either Trina with child .. or without a trainer…. "
