FINGERS CROSSED: Travis Barker shares major update about injured ring finger ahead of Blink-182 reunion tour
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Travis Barker was gearing up for his Blink-182 tour and fans were excited to welcome the drummer in their respective states. However, Barker's scheduled tour might get delayed as he is undergoing surgery.
The drummer recently took to his social media to share a video revealing how horrible the situation is! For the unversed, Barker's ring finger has been injured twice in the same month and it seems like surgery is the only option left for him. While the Blink-182 drummer shared an update on his health, he didn't mention anything about his upcoming tour. Barker, who married Kourtney Kardashian, is set to kick off his tour with frontman Tom Delonge on March 11 in Tijuana, Mexico, and ends on March 4, 2024, in Christchurch, New Zealand.

What happened to Travis Barker?
Barker recently injured his ring finger twice. The drummer took to his social media and shared a series of videos and photos showing his dislocated finger. In the first video, a medical professional can be seen trying to get Barker's joint back in place. However, other photos on the slide show the drummer's swollen knuckle and a brace holding the ring finger in place. Alongside the photo, Barker simply informed his fans, "Surgery tomorrow," adding the fingers-crossed emoji.
For the unversed, Barker's ring finger was first injured on February 7 during rehearsals for Blink-182's upcoming reunion tour. Previously, he took to his social media and informed his fans about his injury writing, "I was playing the drums at rehearsals yesterday and I smashed my finger so hard I dislocated it and tore the ligaments." Later on February 20, Barker shared an Instagram Story in which he showed off his swollen, bruised knuckle, captioning the image "again."

Barker’s most recent Instagram video revealed that he is getting surgery for his injured finger. Barker's injury comes less than a month before his rock band Blink-182's world tour schedule. Barker will kick off his tour with his bandmates, DeLonge and Mark Hoppus on March 11, in Tijuana, Mexico. The reunion tour will continue through the cities of Australia, Brazil, and the United Kingdom, and end in Christchurch, New Zealand on March 4, 2024. Blink-182 rockers announced back in October that they were reuniting the band’s classic lineup for the 2023-24 world tour.
