A flurry of leaks has made its way onto social media ahead of the drop of 'The Boys' Season 5 episode 4. As the hit Prime Video series hits the midway mark, the latest rumored leaks tease an absolute bloodbath, taking out characters vital to the plotline since the start of Season 1. Major deaths in the season so far have been Jessie T. Usher's A-Train, along with accessory characters in the Maverick (Nicholas Hamilton), Cindy (Ess Hödlmoser), Rock Hard (Andrew Iles), and Jetstreak (Dylan Colton). While some of these names were expected to die at some stage in the series, there are a few shock deaths reportedly in the offing. A Reddit post on r/TheBoysLeaks channel sees snippets from the Season 5 finale, and here are three major character deaths coming up.

Soldier Boy

Teasing "a redemption arc" for the character, the leaked post says the supe explodes in a three-way battle in the finale, which includes Homelander (Antony Starr) and Billy Butcher (Karl Urban). The post also added that his death comes at a cost for the remaining two, as they lose their powers after Soldier Boy's (Jensen Ackles) death. It is reportedly followed by a slugfest between Butcher and Homelander.

Frenchie

Frenchie (Tomer Capone) reportedly dies when trying to disarm a bomb. This is perhaps the major death in 'The Boys' outfit, and to a certain extent, makes sense. With his romantic angle taking focus, it only trended to either Frenchie or Kimiko (Karen Fukuhara) dying. And in what comes as a shocker, the latter is apparently killed by Butcher.

The Deep kills Noir

The season so far has all been about The Deep (Chace Crawford) trying to stay alive and relevant as the battle between the supes and the boys comes to a head. Desperate for Homelander's approval, Deep has wasted no time in taking the credit for others' actions, and by allegedly killing Noir, he's shown to sink to a darker level where he kills his own teammate.

While the leaks can be taken with a pinch of salt, there will surely be some shocking deaths expected throughout the season. Earlier, showrunner Erick Kripke teased the body count ."You can let people have the emotional confrontations that they’ll never recover from," he said, via GamesRadar+. He added, "We wanted to take full advantage of that, having these mind-blowing moments. It’s a battle, and there are going to be casualties. It would be unrealistic not to. Things cost things, you can’t just get away with this!’ So yes, I wouldn’t get too attached to any single character." For now, it's a wait as 'The Boys' Season 5 drops a new episode weekly on Prime Video.
