One of his former editors, Matt Turner, shared that he experienced constant berating from MrBeast, even to the point of using insulting phrases related to mental disabilities, which left Turner in tears. Some employees also expressed dissatisfaction with not receiving proper credit for their work, leading to feelings of frustration and disappointment.
