However, the 'Selling Sunset' star, despite her flawless appearance, seems to be juggling a lot of things lately and, it seems as if she is not in good health.
Tarek El Moussa's wife took to Instagram to reveal why she has been struggling physically. Moreover, the HGTV star also revealed what she has been up to lately in her life. It seems she will be doing some traveling. However, being busy with filming and coming up with new episodes has been a little hectic for the star.

Is Heather El Moussa OK?
Heather took to Instagram on Saturday to upload a photo of herself wearing a beige color top. She revealed in the caption that she was heading to Cabo. The star wrote, "Headed to Cabo today with the whole family and it’s just what I need." She then added, "If you’ve been watching my stories you’ve seen me working my b**t off to prioritize my health and get back into shape and I'm so proud of my progress." She added in a bracket, "(I've actually been using Cabo as a little extra motivation) I'm ready to have a little fun & take some stress away."
She added updates about her life, writing, "I’ve been in mama and filming mode and that’s been my main focus but I’m also juggling a lot. I’ve been dealing with some health issues and lactation issues and it’s been on my mind so I’m ready to have R&R with family... will share more soon."

Internet started flooding Heather's comment section asking her to take care of herself. A user wrote, "You take care of yourself and family first and foremost. No need to explain.
