LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Pop sensation Cher is making a delightful return, not through music this time, but with her very own ice cream range. The ice cream line, playfully named "Cherlato," is set to offer a special gelato concoction created in collaboration with dessert experts.
Announcing the exciting launch on social media, Cher posted a video of herself proudly standing beside an ice cream van adorned with pictures of her face. On her Instagram post, which featured her iconic 1998 hit 'Believe' as the soundtrack, the 77-year-old star expressed her excitement, stating, "Yep, this is real. I'm launching my gelato. Watch out LA! All started five years ago, and now it's finally happening, more to come."

Widely known for her award winning career as a singer and an actress, the California native has also parlayed her celebrity into many other business ventures that includes everything from being the face of numerous beauty brands as a model, her own fashion lines, perfumes, among many others. Although, Temporarily taking a break from her illustrious music career, Cher has been hard at work, dedicating five years to whip her cool new venture into shape.
Cher had hinted at the move back in January, teasing her followers about meeting a top ice cream maker. While Cher has not yet disclosed the exact location or opening date of her ice cream outlet, she assured fans that further details would be revealed soon. Recently, she was photographed enjoying a tub of her own creation and cryptically remarked, "Having a meeting about my ice cream. It's a collab with the greatest ice cream magician in the world."
Cher's love life
As the superstar focuses on her exciting new business endeavor, her personal life has also caught the public's attention. Cher had been romantically involved with 37-year-old producer and rapper Alexander AE Edwards, with rumors swirling about a possible engagement when she flashed a sizable diamond sparkler on New Year's Eve. She said in March, “I’m going to England to make two albums. Some of the songs Alexander gave me, so I’m pretty excited about that.” However, in May, reports emerged indicating a potential split between the two.
