Is Angelina Jolie dating? Source claims actress is into someone who 'measures up to her impossibly high standards'
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Angelina Jolie, the Oscar-winning actress and humanitarian who separated from Brad Pitt in 2016, is reportedly looking to start life afresh and find a new romance.
She also made her way around New York City last month to look for an apartment in Manhattan and is reportedly working on her soon-to-be-launched fashion collective Atelier Jolie which she announced on May 17.

According to a source who spoke with Life and Style as reported by OK! Magazine, Jolie has high standards for her potential partners and is looking for 'someone who shares her passion for arts.' “Angelina is not really into the LA scene with all the entertainment industry types,” the source said.
“She wants to meet interesting people who are passionate about arts and she’s looking to date someone who measures up to her standards — even if they’re impossibly high!” the source added.
One of the sources claimed last year that Jolie enjoys having secret rendezvous with her dates, without spending the night or revealing her identity. “She’s very alpha about the whole thing,” the source added.

Before her relationship with Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie was married to her 'Pushing Tin' co-star Billy Bob Thornton from 2000 to 2003.
Later in 2021, she was also briefly linked to the Canadian singer-songwriter Abel Tesfaye who is known as 'The Weeknd'.
Most recently in March, she was spotted by Page Six having lunch with British environmentalist David Mayer de Rothschild. It was later revealed that the lunch was a business meeting.
Jolie married Jonny Miller in 1995 while working in 'Hackers.'
The former couple ended their marriage in 1999. She was also reported to be in 'deep love' with 'Foxfire' co-star Jenny Shimizu. The pair spent time together in 1996.
Jolie and Val Kilmer also sparked romance rumours in 2004. It's not known if they dated but Kilmer has revealed in his 2020 memoir 'I'm Your Huckleberry' that he had a crush on her.

“She makes the guys sign NDAs, arranges hotel suites — never under her own name — and she sets the time and never ever spends the night,” a source claimed.
Jolie, who has six children with Pitt, is not bothered by his dating life which has been linked to several models and actresses. The source said that Jolie is too busy with her children and her legal issues with Pitt to care about his romances.
“She’s beyond busy these days, so when it comes to Brad unless it has something to do with their children or their legal issues, it doesn’t get her time.”

In June, Page Six Everyone can join one way or another that the 'Maleficient' actress has called for creators to work with her brand in NYC. "Everyone can join one way or another. Every customer will be part...," she wrote about her Atelier brand in a lengthy Instagram post.
"We are asking that you step forward and help us build our in-house team of skilled tailors. We are looking for tailors who understand quality and creativity. The first atelier is going to be in NYC, this call is for tailors living there. We hope there will be others soon, as we build a global family," the post read.

There were reports that Jolie has leased a building for eight years for her business at 57 Great Jones St in Noho which was once owned by Pop artist Andy Warhol and occupied by the street art pioneer Jean-Michel Basquiat.
