Ioan Gruffudd's daughter Ella Evans, 13, requests restraining order against him and his GF Bianca Wallace amid split with ex Alice
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Ella Evans, the 13-year-old daughter of actor Ioan Gruffudd, 49, and his ex-wife Alice Evans has requested a restraining order against her father and his girlfriend Bianca Wallace. The application was filed on May 31 at the Los Angeles Superior Court and will be heard in court on June 23 as per Daily Mail.
Evans has also filed for civil harassment protection from Gruffudd's girlfriend, actress Wallace, 29. The application will be heard in court on June 23. The request is said to have been made in response to an incident that occurred at Gruffudd and Wallace's home in Los Angeles while Ella and her younger sister Elsie were visiting.
Gruffudd and Evans have been involved in a contentious divorce battle
This is the latest twist in a personal drama that began in 2021 when Gruffudd left his then-wife Evans after a 14-year marriage. Gruffudd and Evans have been involved in a contentious divorce battle, with both demanding custody of their children. Gruffudd already has a restraining order against his ex-wife that bars her from referencing him on social media for three years.
Gruffudd's $2 million marital house in Los Angeles was sold last month at his request after he stated that he no longer had the finances to pay for it as per the outlet. Gruffudd the British star of ITV's 'Liar' and 'The Fantastic Four' met aspiring actress Wallace in Australia while shooting the series 'Harrow.'
Gruffudd accused Evans of verbally abusing him during their marriage
Wallace, who has multiple sclerosis, recently gave a magazine interview about her condition and Gruffudd's support and love for her. Gruffudd filed for joint custody of his two daughters last July after Evans filed for sole custody amid their acrimonious divorce. In court filings, Gruffudd accused Evans of verbally abusing him during their marriage and undermining him in front of their children.
'Alice made fun of my appearance often'
He stated that "Alice made fun of my appearance often, making hair-loss comments and telling me I had 'saggy-vagina eyes'". He also claimed that Evans had inflicted serious emotional harm on Ella and Elsie by interfering in his relationship with them. Gruffudd is currently shooting the film 'Bad Boys 4' with Will Smith and Martin Lawrence.
