When all else fails, a story about a supposedly insane person who thinks he may be the American president might bring some respite n these trying times. Add to that creepy asylum vibes, fellow absolutely nutty patients, and terrifying nurses and a stone-cold doctor whose true intentions remain hidden for the longest time. Such is the set up for Into the Dark's upcoming Independence day-pegged July installment, 'The Current Occupant'. With a trailer that is sure to make viewers really concerned about the mad president, and somewhat aroused thanks to the evil doctor in charge, here's where you know these familiar faces from.

Barry Watson plays Henry Cameron

Barry Watson as Cameron (Hulu)

Watson joins the cast as the man who thinks he might be the president of the United States, unfairly locked in the mental asylum due to some political conspiracy. Watson began his career at a very young age when he joined the cast of long-running soap opera 'Days of Our Lives'. Watson was seen more recently in 'The Loudest Voice', a television adaptation chronicling the rise and fall of Fox News through Roger Aisles. Watson played the role of Lachlan Murdoch, deputy chief operating officer of News Corp that owned Fox News. Watson is also known for playing Matthew "Matt" Camden on '7th Heaven', Brian Davis in 'What About Brian', and Todd Deepler in 'Samantha Who?'

Sonita Henry as Dr Larson

We don't know much about Dr Larson yet, but she looks potentially dangerous, meaning to keep Cameron detained for as long as possible under whatever ulterior motive his conspirators might hold for him. Henry, an English actress, is most popularly known for her work in 'Krypton' (2018), 'Star Trek' (2009) and 'The Fifth Element' (1997).

Dana Cornelius as the insane asylum nurse

Cornelius has dabbled in a lot of things apart from acting. The stand up comedian-turned literary agent rebooted her career in entertainment to become an actor after a setback in entrepreneurship. This time, she booked 36 films, commercials, and TV projects. Also a well-known writer, Cornelius' first book is titled 'You Were Taller Over the Phone', a follow-up manuscript of which is reportedly in the works.

'Into the Dark: The Current Occupant' will be available for streaming from Friday, July 17, only on Hulu.
