MOSCOW, IDAHO: The horrendous killings of four University of Idaho students on November 13 left the little town of Moscow in shock. Law enforcement officials have not made any concrete information public which has caused distress in the community. Ethan Chapin, Xana Kernodle, Madison Mogen, and Kaylee Goncalves, were found stabbed to death on November 13. After more than a month, there is no information about the suspect or the murder weapon. But amid the rising tension, the Internet is urging optimism and asking to have faith in the investigators.

The four Idaho students were found stabbed and the coroner examining the bodies claimed that these attacks were rather personal. Since then, many theories have emerged and web sleuths have started their own investigation. The case seemed to be taking a shape when the cops were searching for a white Elantra that could be related to the murders. The investigation has left a big question mark on the credibility of the police but the Internet has asked to have faith in the investigators as the authorities know what they're doing. Many are saying that the reason why nothing has been made public is that the officials are building a strong case against the suspect and most probably know who committed the horrific murder.

A Reddit post read, "One reason to have faith in investigators is how little we know about how the investigation is progressing UK tabloids are sniffing around the story and have clearly paid some of the tangential figures associated with the terrible events to share what little they know But as far as the actual investigation is concerned, all we know is what we can infer from the public appeals for information concerning a vehicle captured on video If you compare that to a high profile investigation like the disappearance of Madeleine McCann, UK tabloid readers were being treated to daily updates on the use of blood-sniffing dogs and the questioning of suspects Portuguese police must have taken UK tabloids for hundreds of thousands of euros I've no idea whether whoever is in charge of the investigation is any good at detective work, but they appear to run a tight ship as far as preserving the integrity of the investigation is concerned."

Internet asks to have faith in the investigators

One user wrote, "I have so much hope for this investigation based on how tightly their ship is being run. The team on this investigation knows what they’re doing." Another user wrote, "I’ve thought the same thing up until a couple days ago when someone brought up that LE haven’t offered a reward for information (that I’m aware of as of yet). To me that’s proof that only goes one way - they are getting/have pretty credible, productive leads and are just slowly and methodically building a case. If they HAVE offered a reward that idk about then please ignore me lol."

One user noticed the lack of evidence that has been made public and said, "there has to be a lot more evidence they are holding back, everyone should have faith and positive thoughts towards the case the truth will come out." Another user pointed out the lack of media participation by people close to the victims and said, "almost zero media participation by people close to the victims. The silence is remarkable (& I respect it)."

One person tried to stay optimistic amid the rising tension and said, "I always like to think they don't want to release too much and are way ahead than what they tell us." Another user said, "I believe they know who did it but they don’t have enough evidence. For example the scene was messes which makes me think they had to have left some type of dna. With this DNA obviously they test it and make a connection but with just the DNA evidence itself it’s not enough. I’m court the ruling can be thrown bc the house was known as a “party house” so who is to say that the DNA obtained wasn’t from a party rather then the crime itself."
