The ‘Lovely’ singer shared with 'Variety' on the red carpet for the Variety Hitmakers Brunch on Saturday, December 2, “I didn’t (know I was coming out), but I kinda thought, wasn’t it obvious? I didn’t realize people didn’t know.”
In a November 'Variety' profile, the 21-year-old singer-songwriter said, “I’m physically attracted to them (women). But I’m also so intimidated by them and their beauty and their presence.”

She further explained her statements from November, cracking a few jokes while she’s at it, “I’m still scared of (women), but I think they’re pretty.”
What else did Billie divulge?
“I saw the article, and I was like, ‘Oh, I guess I came out today!'” she said laughing.
She added, “I just don’t really believe in (coming out). I’m just like, why can’t we just exist? I’ve been doing this for a long time, and I just didn’t talk about it.”
“It’s exciting to me because I guess people didn’t know, so it’s cool that they know,” she said while also confirming, “I am for the girls.”

Billie Eilish has been romantically involved with several individuals, including rapper Brandon Adams, who performs under the name 7:AMP (referred to by Eilish as ‘Q’).
Their relationship was documented in the film 'Billie Eilish: The World’s a Little Blurry', which was released in February 2021.
In the same film, Eilish discussed their separation, stating that she did not experience a sense of contentment while in the relationship.

Speaking with People magazine at the time, the hitmaker revealed, “I didn’t want the same things he wanted and I don’t think that’s fair for him. I don’t think you should be in a relationship super excited about things that the other person couldn’t care less about.”
Subsequently, Eilish began dating Jesse Rutherford, the lead singer of ‘The Neighbourhood’, despite an 11-year age difference between the couple.
The relationship commenced in October 2022 and ended in May this year.
