LeBron James' son Bronny made fun of after he appears to smoke weed in video: 'About to get his a** whooped'
NBA superstar LeBron James' son Bronny has once again found himself in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons. The teen point guard is seen in a controversial clip smoking what appears to be marijuana on his Instagram stories. The original video has been taken down from the account, but screenshots and copies of the 6’2″ player smoking have now gone viral. LeBron and his wife Savannah will probably not take lightly of the situation considering Bronny is only 15 years of age. A week or so ago, the older James was asked why he did not bring his children to the Bubble to visit. “There’s nothing for them to do here. It’s not a kid-friendly place, to be honest," he responded.
This ain’t Bronny first time with that ghost. Lebron gotta know he’s doing it pic.twitter.com/udIqZJpcmU

While hordes of fans appeared to call out the teenager for embarrassing his father, others defended him saying teenagers are known to experiment. “Bronny ain’t doin nothing every rich teenager in Cali ain’t doin, but man, why he post that?” wrote one fan. “I can’t imagine not having any freedom to be a teen on social media. Just because he is Lebron's son doesn’t mean the man can’t live," another added. "Bronny caught hitting the blunt while LeBron in playoff mode. Bro about to get his a** whooped with the championship ring," a third wrote. "Grown a** White people slandering bronny for smoking weed but their children do coke every Friday with their friends," a fourth chimed in.

Bronny just finished his freshman year at Sierra Canyon School, a private school in Chatsworth, California. LeBron has previously expressed his wish to play in the NBA long enough so his son could join him in court someday. That said, the Sierra Canyon freshman has only played six varsity games to date, averaging just 6.8 points per game. And while he is still young, Bronny is yet to live up to the hype that was built around him when he was just entering high school.
At the same time, it is understandable that expectations to produce on the court as Lebron James’ son would be sky-high. Furthermore, it is still very early on in Bronny's high school journey and it will be interesting to see how he fares as a sophomore.
Meanwhile, Bronny has been the focus of rumors when it comes to his love life. Your Tango reported that he was rumored to be dating Amara Wayans, who is an influencer-model best known as the daughter of actor Damon Wayans Jr and granddaughter of Damon Wayans. She is popular for splashing her modeling and fashion photos through her Instagram on which Bronnu has commented many times with lovely emojis.
In May, Bronny added fuel to rumors that he was dating Wayans when he shared her photo on his Instagram story, as reported by Talk Basket. In the photo, Wayans is seen in a mini black dress with a denim jacket and white sneakers as seen from the photo that she also posted personally on her Instagram too. However, the pair have never confirmed rumors about their alleged relationship.
