LONDON, ENGLAND: Hugh Jackman spent quality time with his sister Zoe Jackman on Tuesday, August 22, at Kensington Gardens in London, and the actor later took to Instagram to share a moment from the outing, which moved his fans.
"I am so grateful for my sister Zoe," read Hugh's caption for the post. In the photo, 'The Wolverine' star, who shares a striking resemblance with his sibling, had an arm wrapped around his sister's shoulder as the duo posed in front of the Albert Memorial.
