SPRINGFIELD, MISSOURI: Gypsy Rose Blanchard, soon to be released from prison after serving a 10-year sentence for her involvement in the 2015 second-degree murder of her mother, Clauddine Dee Dee Blanchard, is aiming to visit a Chiefs game as her first post-prison outing, and hopes to meet Taylor Swift.

Her unconventional plan has ignited a frenzy on the Internet, as she and her husband, Ryan Scott Anderso, have reportedly secured tickets for the Kansas City Chiefs game scheduled for December 31.

Swift's song 'Eyes Open' has been a powerful force in Gypsy's life, helping her overcome the trauma stemming from her mother's abusive behavior, as depicted in the 2017 documentary, 'Mommy Dead and Dearest'.

She apparently even used the commissary money sent by her father to buy all of Swift's albums.

Gypsy Rose Blanchard's involvement in Clauddine Dee Dee Blanchard's murder

Gypsy Rose Blanchard's story is entwined with the tragic events surrounding her mother Clauddine Dee Dee Blanchard's death.

Her role in the crime was born out of a tumultuous relationship with her mother, who reportedly confined her to a wheelchair and kept her captive in their family home in Springfield, Missouri.

Gypsy's then-boyfriend and accomplice, Nicholas Godejohn, who is currently serving a life sentence, attempted to secure a new trial, but his request was denied by Greene County Judge David Jones.

Godejohn was the one who apparently carried out the fatal stabbing of Clauddine in June 2015.

Gypsy Rose Blanchard's unwavering dream of meeting Taylor Swift

Gypsy Rose Blanchard, who is set to be released on December 28, has her sights set on a remarkable encounter with Taylor Swift at Arrowhead Stadium during the Chiefs game.

However, she acknowledges that the pop sensation might not be present to watch her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, play during that specific game, as per TMZ.

To keep her dream alive, Gypsy has a contingency plan in place. She's determined to purchase tickets for Taylor's October 2024 tour stop in New Orleans.

In her eyes, meeting the 'Blank Space' singer is more than just a fleeting desire; she sees the pop star as a source of inspiration and a symbol of girl power.

Aside from her adoration for the 'Lover' songstress, Gypsy is also an avid football fan and would be equally thrilled to meet Chiefs' star player Travis. However, she recognizes that achieving her ambitious goal might be a long shot.
