Internet demands Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck be left alone after 'tense' pap pics release
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Paparazzi photographs of Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck sitting in their car and having a conversation have been released on the internet, with some media outlets calling them "tense." In an unusual show of solidarity for celebrity couples, the internet has come together to ask that they be left alone.
When were the Photographs of Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck taken?
On September 29, the couple had gone for a drive around Los Angeles in a black vehicle owned by Affleck.
They appeared to be in "seemingly serious discussion," reports Daily Mail. According to an eyewitness, Affleck was the one doing most of the talking.
Their conversation went on briefly after the car was parked, which was when the photographs were taken.
Their demeanor, which was reportedly "agitated" according to the Daily Mail, does not suggest any strain on their marriage. A source close to the couple has confirmed that the actor-director and the singer are "very much in love with each other one year into their marriage."
Jennifer Lopez strengthened Ben Affleck's relationship with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner.
Reports of Lopez being "furious" after photos of Affleck and his former wife Garner hanging out had been released hold no water, as an insider source claimed that there is no ill will between the three of them.
The source further claims that it was being with Lopez that helped Affleck and Garner find peace.
"Ben is healthy. The drama of the past and the emotions of divorce are long gone and they are all making it work," shared the source.
The source also stated that Lopez and Garner are "friendly" with one another and that all of their kids "love each other."
"It is really a very happy co-parenting situation. Everything is really good right now and should be the same in the near and distant future," the source added.
At present, Affleck is looking forward to going back to work as the writers' and actors' strike come to an end. The couple has enjoyed having extra time to spend together over the last few months.
"They want to get back to work and are looking forward to the strikes being over but they are also very much enjoying the more time they are spending with each other," said the source, adding, "(Affleck) is writing, JLO is writing music, so they still have outlets to create while they enjoy each other's time together."
Internet upset over paparazzi photos of Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck
When some news outlets interpreted the photographs as Affleck having a "heated discussion" with Lopez after the picture of him and Garner were released, netizens took to social media to support the star couple.
Calling out the paparazzi, one person wrote on X, "There was no "heated" discussion and you know it. You seriously need to leave them alone, this is becoming harassment atp," in reply to the picture of the two posted by a news outlet.
The person further said, "You wanna create trouble into their marriage so bad, it's pathetic. Stop inserting Garner into the narrative. This is so weird and bizarre. Who's paying you?"

Another tweet read, "They’re literally having a normal conversation and you turn it into a fake story about them fighting and then shift to a praise piece for Garner. Try and make it less obvious that she pays you. I wish JLo and Ben would take action."
