Internet compares Kylie Jenner's clothing line Khy's holiday collection to Shein, dubs 003 sweats 'overpriced'
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'The Kardashians' star Kylie Jenner recently teased her clothing brand Khy's third collection. The reality star unveiled the holiday collection with a video featuring "sweats + tees" in all available colors.
The video started with heather gray, red, and black colored sweatshirts. The reality star then showed a holiday wish card from Khy after which she flaunted her tiny waist in a red full-sleeved wrap top and straight-leg fleece pants, showing off the zipped pockets.
She then donned an oversized fleece hoodie in front of the cameras, and then a fleece zip hoodie. She then showed off the four styles of t-shirts available, a tank top, a half-sleeved tee, a sleeveless micro tee, and the full-sleeved wrap top that she previously displayed.
The price of the latest Khy collection price ranges from $28 to $70.
Alongside the video, she penned, "@khy drop 003 just in time for the holidays sweats + tees launch TOMORROW 9 am pst on khy.com. sign up now for early access!"
However, social media users compared Khy's 003 collection with Shein's outfits and slammed Kylie for the price of the products. An Instagram user commented, "Over priced sweats."
Another person added, "Looks like everything you could buy from shein." Another critic noted, "It’s cute but I can’t afford that right now it’s too basic for the price point."
Another follower penned, "Why does this look like an outfit I can buy on SHEIN? Basic af." Another person also commented, "Now Kylie $60 dollars?? They better last 10 years wth."
Another social media user noted, "So basically just paying for the KHY brand because you can get these basics any where."
Another internet user also wrote, "If y’all are buying this LMAOOO. Can get these sets from SHEIN or Walmart for $40-$50 cheaper. Let’s be so for real."

Kylie Jenner promises 'affordable' fashion
Kylie Jenner launched her clothing brand Khy on November 1. During the brand's launch, Kylie insisted she wanted to make the pieces both high-fashion and affordable.
In a press release, the reality star explained, "Khy is a homage to the limitless possibilities of fashion. We are breaking down barriers and will redefine the meaning of a designer brand, with creativity and quality at a better price."
She added, "I wanted to make Khy a platform for our customers to have the opportunity to experience fashion, through new designers and brands, but at a more accessible price."

The reality star opted for a short, dark brunette bob, which looked similar to her grandmother's signature hairstyle. Kylie appeared to have a close relationship with her grandmother and has shared photos of Mary Jo on social media several times over the years.

Kylie Jenner makes 'mini-version' of Khy's 001 collection for Stormi
Kylie Jenner's clothing brand Khy has a variety of sizes available for her grown-up customers. However, the reality star made "mini-versions" of her first collection for her daughter Stormi.
In an interview with Interview Magazine, Kylie revealed that her five-year-old daughter was given a chance to try out the clothes herself with specially-made children's versions.
Kylie told the outlet, "I told Stormi that Mommy makes clothes now. I have my Khy collection coming out and I made her all mini-versions of all the pieces from our first drop."
She added, "I like her to be involved in everything that I do, and I’m always doing special things for her."
