LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Kelly Osbourne is standing firm on her recent criticism of Prince Harry, referring to him as a "whinger," and expressing her discontent with him and Meghan Markle for what she perceives as them adopting a victim mentality.

In her latest remarks on their family podcast 'The Osbournes', Kelly found support from her brother Jack, while their mother Sharon defended the monarchy amidst this ongoing debate.

Kelly Osbourne slams Prince Harry and Meghan Markle 

Kelly said, "I just think he's such a whinger and the thing is, maybe it's because I feel a certain level of disappointment in the sense where I feel like they had an opportunity to become the most liked, loved people in the entire world that could actually bring some positive change."

"But then went down this, like, victim road instead. I get wanting to leave [the royal family]. I get that, but then just leave. Don't leave and then just give 'woe is me' stories about how difficult it was."

"Because again, I said this on the podcast I was on, life is hard for everybody. I was just on a podcast and they asked me what I thought of Harry and I just said I think he's a 'twat'. And that's it."

Her brother Jack added, "But the funny thing was, I don't know if you looked at any of the comments from any of the articles, but it was amazing how many of these wokey American people were vehemently defending them. And you're like, 'Hang on a f***ing second!'"

Sharon Osbourne wants the royal family to be 'modernized'

Meanwhile, their mother, Sharon Osbourne, held a different perspective, expressing her enduring regard for the monarchy, having met Queen Elizabeth II on four occasions. However, she also emphasized the need for modernization within the monarchy.

She added, "That's because I'm old. I love it! Everybody's human, we're all human. They do a lot of good, but they're human beings and they f*** up. We all f*** up. So the thing is, they do a lot of good also."

"I think that it needs to be scaled down and I do think that a lot of the pomp should go. It should be much more modernised, but I don't think it should be stopped. It should be more modernised - they've got to stop with the silly hats and the capes."

Many on social media agreed with Kelly's criticism of the former royal couple, accusing them of portraying themselves as "victims."

One user wrote on X, "She’s right, they are two of the most privileged people on earth and the best opportunities that many of us could dream of. But instead if working hard and respecting Queen Elizabeth like they said on instagram, they went in an unnecessary paranoia attack. Meghan ruined PH life."

Another commented, "Spot on!! They could have made a difference but choose to play dirty with a long standing institution. HARRY and MEGHAN Markle have nothing going on for themselves unless they insult their families which is stale now. The unemployed. Poor @WME @WM_ent."

A third agreed, saying, "Victimhood is their currency." 

"She’s right. Not only are they whiners but talentless, lying grifters, too. Just ask the Spotify exec," added a fourth.

Someone else wrote, "Kelly is right...those 2 grifters have zero talent...without complaining about the Royals all the time, they have nothing to offer...that's why Spotify dumped them, I wouldn't be surprised if Netflix is next."
