Is Kim Kardashian planning to get married? Kanye's BIGGEST concern laid bare in divorce bruiser
It seems Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s divorce battle is going to be long and messy as they are not readily agreeing to each other's terms and conditions. The rapper, also known as Ye, has reportedly now responded to his estranged wife’s request to be deemed single as the divorce case is going on. But West has objected to it while demanding safeguards for his assets in place before a judgment is announced.
According to Us Weekly, West’s attorney stated in the documents that “Kim's motion should be denied without prejudice so that Kim can refile it with the mandatory corrections and requested conditions set forth in the proposed judgment. Alternatively, a hearing regarding these additional conditions should be set.” However, it has been said that Kim’s attorney has disagreed with all the recommendations.

Page Six reported that the ‘Donda’ singer’s fear is that the mother to his four kids would probably re-marry even before they are divorced, which could “be the prompt for the documentation”. In the documents, West has apparently demanded a “right of reimbursement,” under which either party would be entitled to get reimbursement if one of them died. But the 41-year-old socialite’s lawyer took issue with it and said “that this condition is unnecessary given the premarital agreement”.
The 44-year-old also reportedly does not want the transfer of assets out of trusts they built but Kim made her case in the documents saying such a demand is “unnecessary” as per their prenup’s condition, their valuables are already divided since the beginning of their marriage. “This is not an extravagant request. This condition merely maintains the parties in the same position they are in now,” the documents added.
Apart from these demands, West has also demanded that Kim should give up her marital privilege until a decision is reached on their four children and property. “Without marital privilege, all communications between the Yeezy fashion designer and Kardashian would be part of the court record. West also wants the former E! reality star to waive the privilege if she remarries so any conversations about custody would be accessible in court,” Page Six stated.
It has been reported that a hearing would happen in March to address Kim’s legal marital status. She is being represented by A-list divorce lawyer Laura Wasser. The ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star filed for divorce from the rapper in February 2021 and is now dating comedian Pete Davidson. On the other hand, West had a breakdown recently as he went on to harass Davidson as well as Kim online. The ‘Praise God’ singer called the 28-year-old a “d—head” and also said that he was “HILLARY CLINTON’S EX-BOYFRIEND” after the latter one texted him saying: “...you as a man I'd never get in the way of your children. That's a promise. How you guys go about raising your kids is your business and not mine. I do hope [some] day I can meet them and we can all be friends.”
West also shared a “marriage advice” on his Instagram page after attending the Super Bowl LVI at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood in California, with his kids North and Saint. In the now-deleted post, he said: “I DIDNT WAKE UP AND FIGHT FOR MY FAMILY TO TREND OVER THE SUPER BOWL BUT IT HAPPENED THE SUPER BOWL BRINGS FAMILIES TOGETHER FOR EVERYONE MARRIED HOLD YOUR SPOUSE CLOSE MAKE SURE THEY KNOW HOW MUCH YOU LOVE AND APPRECIATE THEM BECAUSE THERES A SKETE LURKING IN EVERY DIRTY ASS ALLEY WAITING TO HELP DESTROY YOUR FAMILY AND WALK AROUND IN CALVIN KLEINS AROUND YOUR CHILDREN I WISH MY WIFE WAS WITH ME AND OUR CHILDREN SITTING AT THE 50 YARD LINE @kimkardashian ALWAYS REMEMBER WEST WAS YOUR BIGGEST W.”
