'It's not just adultery': Married pastor John Lowe II forced to admit he had 'affair' with woman when she was 16
Is there no sin in the house of God? An Indiana pastor, John B. Lowe II, announced that he was stepping down from his position on Sunday, May 22, confessing to his congregants that he had committed adultery. While coming forward and accepting something like this is a big step, it does not always bode well to hide the entire truth. As soon as the pastor stepped away from the microphone, a woman rushed to the scene and claimed that he did not tell the entire truth.
The woman can be seen explaining that "she was 16 at the time" in proper video footage that has been watched by thousands online. New Life Christian Church & World Outreach, in Warsaw, acknowledged the accusations against Pastor John B. Lowe II and posted on their website, "We are hurting and broken for a woman who has lovingly attended and served in the church for many years, as well as for her husband and family.

Following the pastor's speech to his congregants, the woman said, "For 27 years, I lived in a prison. It was not 20 years. I was just 16 when you took my virginity on your office floor. Do you remember that? I know you do. I lived in a prison of lies and pain. Lying to protect the Lowe family. I thought I was a horrible person having suicidal thoughts, not realizing what had truly been done to me,” she said. “The church deserves to know the truth. This church has been built on lies, but no more. The lies need to stop." She made this statement when the pastor got his standing ovation—she quickly but quietly got up the pedestal and to the microphone. The identity of the woman is unknown but is said to be in her 40s now, while Pastor John B. Lowe II is 65.

Who is Pastor John B. Lowe II?
John B. Lowe II has been full-time in ministry for 35 years before stepping down. He is married to his co-pastor Debbie and they both share adult children. During his run, he spoke to the homeless, married couples, and prison inmates through the church. However, it was revealed by DailyMail that his wife, Debra Lowe, was a stripper back in the day. This information was essentially revealed by her page on New Life Christian Church's website. If we speak of the adultery case, the timeline clearly suggests that he was still in the ministry when he violated a 16-year-old Bobi Gephart. He was previously spotted in a video when his wife and he were in Ukraine.
John B. Lowe II, during his speech, said, "It involved one person and there's been no other. I sinned. I need to say that and you deserve to hear it." This 65-year-old pastor confirmed committing adultery when confronted on stage by Bobi Gephart, 43. The pastor has been associated with the Warsaw-based church for more than three decades and surely has a strong relationship with them. Addressing this, the Church specified complete alienation from his action in the issues in a statement, "none of this was disclosed to or known by any of the staff, ministers or personnel." Both Debra and John B. joined the Church and continued to contribute to their services. In Indiana, the age of consent is 16 and Bobi Gephart said she was that age when the pastor committed his sins. He still isn't placed under arrest but more people online are coming out with other information with one user saying there were "other girls who were abused by church leaders, but were sent away."
