'I stan Ariana': Kristen Doute rallies around Ariana Madix after mutual ex Tom Sandoval's alleged affair
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Support can be found in the most unlikely places and friendship is in the air as 'Vanderpump Rules' star Ariana Madix, 37, gets a shoulder to cry on and a visit from Kristen Doute, 40, amid her split from VR co-star Tom Sandoval, 39.
The two women, whose friendship was on shaky ground, had one thing in common - they had both once been with Sandoval. When news of Sandoval's cheating with fellow 'Vanderpump Rules' co-star Raquel Leviss surfaced, Doute, the author of 'He's Making You Crazy,' was seen visiting her former foe to support her.

Doute, who dated Sandoval from 2007 to 2013, was seen on the Instagram video she posted saying, "I stan Ariana. This is in real time. I love you so much." After that, the star was seen to kiss Madix on her lips. She further added in the video, “I love you more than anything in the whole wide world,” and embraced her heartbroken friend. Doute also made it clear in the caption that she supports Madix during this difficult time. She captioned the post, “I ❤️ Ariana. PERIOD. #TeamAriana.”
Back in 2014, Doute had suggested that Madix had encouraged cheating with Sandoval, "When we broke up, he started dating someone else immediately- or, you know, maybe they were already secretly dating," she wrote in her autobiographical book about relationships.

It all started on the set of the reality show 'Vanderpump Rules.' The show which is mainly about cheating and other controversies, has recently seen numerous breakups and divorces. Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix, who were in a relationship for nine years, seemed to be "one of the few stable parts of the drama-riddled reality show," BuzzFeed reports. While the show gained its popularity by showing cheating with someone else's partner, "Tom and Ariana were not really in that mix. They were like the old married couple that stayed out of it."
However, trouble bubbled in the lovebirds' paradise when Tom Sandoval was caught cheating with co-star Raquel Leviss. Leviss too came out of a long-term relationship with partner James Kennedy in December, 2021.
Madix, who caught Sandoval having a full blown affair for six months, has been left devastated. People reported, "This has been going on for upwards of 6 months — all the while, Tom was sleeping next to Ariana in bed. She was completely blindsided by this — devastated doesn't even scratch the surface of how she feels."
