IShowSpeed trolls KSI from hospital 'even in his worst state', fans say 'nothing can stop GOAT' as boxer's response goes viral

IShowSpeed took a dig at KSI while sharing a positive health update with his followers amid hospitalization due to bad headaches

CINCINNATI, OHIO: IShowSpeed has recently made headlines due to his hospitalization. Despite facing a challenging situation, Speed has continued to engage with his 18 million followers across various social media platforms.

During one such instance, he took to YouTube to share a positive health update and playfully trolled KSI, with whom the streamer has had occasional feuds. This time, KSI was swift to provide a response to Speed. 

'Play FIFA and talk about KSI's forehead'

Speed recently shared a two-minute video update from the hospital, expressing his desire to go home and stream for his followers. He was heard saying, "I'm still currently in the hospital. I don't know what the hell is all of these. This is some Tokyo, Japanese, Tokyo Ghoul, Avengers, One Piece stuff. I'm hospitalized. I really just wanna go home and stream for y'all." "I just did an MRI...I'm gonna tell y'all the symptoms that I'm having. Basically, the symptoms that I'm having is - this hurts, it's like an ache right here and back here," he added, pointing to his right eye. 

Before concluding the video, Speed commented on KSI's apparently large forehead, saying, "This hard to be in a hospital when I just wanna stream, play FIFA and talk about KSI's forehead." KSI responded to Speed on Twitter humorously, writing, "Even in his worst state, he’s still found the energy to talk about my damn forehead. Praying for you bro."

'Nothing can stop the goat'

After reading KSI's tweet on Speed, followers of both personalities made sure to leave their comments. One wrote, "He still looks funny even though he sick but don't worry bro God gonna get you out of here and come playing Fifa with us." Another stated, "Yeah 😂 Ishowspeed Speaks truth...," with one adding, "He can probably see that forehead from overseas." "nothing can stop the goat," wrote a user, while one quipped, "If i was on my deathbed I would make sure to insult you too mate."
